Spraying and finishing services

Take advantage of our in-house spray shop to complete your CNC project.  We regularly spray items such as shop fitting shelving with food-grade lacquer, or why not have your MDF panels filled and primed ready for a final top coat?  From cellulose spraying to specialised finishes, whether you need solvent or water-based, we can help.  Our experienced team have what it takes to provide the perfect finishing touches to your project. Colours and clear lacquers are no problem for us, so now there’s no excuse for not finishing the job properly!

At Trade CNC we have an eye for detail, which makes us a great choice for finishing your items.  Once we have cut your wood panels, our team can fill any areas and then sand using our sanding machine for flat surfaces.  Finally, we will smooth any last edges by hand to ensure your pieces are perfectly finished.  We can perform a similar filling and smoothing process on solid surface materials to create a seamlessly joined, flawless finish.
